Why are injections sold as packages and not single shots?
We are a mobile practice. A visit for a single shot is not practical when we are driving to you with supplies prepped, so injections are offered in 4, 8, and 12-shot packages that make the visit worthwhile. Single shots are still available, but only as an add-on to an IV drip or as part of a membership.
Can I mix injection types in one package?
One price covers any of the three types, and you choose at signup. Packages are designed around one injection type per package so the pricing stays simple, but we can talk through what fits your goals when you book.
Do packages expire?
Packages do not expire on a fixed schedule, but they should be used within 12 months of purchase. We note this at signup so it is never a surprise.
Are packages refundable?
Packages are non-refundable but transferable, so you can give unused shots to a spouse or friend.
Can I get a single injection added to my drip?
Yes. A single injection can be added to any IV drip at the time of your visit, at a reduced add-on price. This is the way to get a one-off shot without committing to a package.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice, please. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a $50 fee, since as a mobile practice we are already prepped and on the road.
