24 hours notice, please. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a $50 fee, since as a mobile practice we are already prepped and on the road.

What areas do you serve?
Louisville and the surrounding Kentucky metro, including Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, and Shelby Counties. Jefferson County has no travel fee. Extended zones carry a small fee ($35 to $55) that is waived for members.
